I own the rights to the commissioned piece. It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to use the commissioned pieces to train AI models.

I will post the completed commission on my bluesky, unless specifically requested otherwise. I will also use commissioned pieces within my portfolio.

You'll get the final file in a 1000x1000px .PNG, if you need exports in other sizes, feel free to ask me and I can handle that without issue!

The entire amount of the commission is paid upfront before work starts.

The phases of the commission will be as follows:

Sketch (75% refund)

Lineart (50% refund)

Colouring & Shading (No Refund)

If there are any changes that do come up in each section, just let me know, I'll ask for approval in each phase before proceeding, but if you request a change to the lineart when I am in the shading phase, those will come with extra fees depending on the complexity of the change.

Once the commission is finished and approved by yourself, two versions of the commissioned piece will be sent over to you, an unsigned and signed piece, if possible I would appreciate you sharing it on your socials, but it is up to you!

Q: "If we can't come to an agreement on the details before sketching starts, am I entitled to a full refund?"
A: Absolutely, you'll get a full refund during this phase!

Q: "If I request a refund after the sketch is complete, how much would that be?"
A: If you do request a refund upon an approved sketch, I would take that to me being in the lineart phase and as such you would only be entitled to a 50% refund, otherwise if the sketch is unapproved, you would instead get a 75% refund.

Q: "If I need a change done, how much would that cost?"
A: It depends on what needs to be done, for the entire commission, you'll get three small changes and one major change for free, after that depending on the change will cost a fee. Small changes would be £2 and Major changes would be £5.

Q: "If I theoretically were to get AGGRESSIVE or ANGRY, what would happen?
A: In that case, I have the right to cancel your commission, depending on what phase you are on, I will refund you the amount for that phase and give you the WIP files, you will also be blacklisted and unable to commission me again in the future.
